Made with Envato is our initiative to unearth and share what our community of customers make using our products. In this article, we’ll take a look through some of the best audio and video projects shared with us in the last two months. Including by one of the most powerful, and heavily spray tanned political leaders in the world.

Donald Trump

Using: Suspense by Andrew_G

In case you’ve forgotten, Donald Trump is the actual president of the United States. Yet, even though he won the race for the White House over a year ago, he’s treated his first twelve months as if he’s still campaigning against Hillary Clinton. Case in point is this video released on his Facebook page in December.

Using Envato item, Suspense by Andrew_G, the video criticizes former FBI chief, James Comey, and claims the FBI’s reputation is in tatters. “But fear not,” he says. “…we will bring it back to greatness.”

The video has been viewed 884 thousand times.

Suzuki

Using: I Feel like a King by AVOCADO_SOUND

Suzuki has used the Envato track I Feel like a King in an ad for its SV650X ABS motorbike.

The title, which makes up the lyrics of the track, really sums up what this ad is trying to do for the viewer – make them feel like a king. And it mostly succeeds.

Bull

Using: Fight Night Opener by nixstudioedition

US TV show, Bull, has used nixstudioedition’s Fight Night Opener in the ninth episode of its second season which aired around Thanksgiving.

After releasing his team to enjoy the holidays with their families, Bull finds himself working solo, helping a boxer being tried for murder. In a scene centered around the wrestling ring, you can see the Envato item.

Doorson

Using: Inspiring Cinematic by original_soundtrack

Door company, Doorson, has used Inspiring Cinematic by original_soundtrack in this montage showing off their product. You get a glimpse of the technology, and of the door in action, as well as the ways you can customize your door. And it’s all tied together by this purposefully intense track.

Battle Dogs by Rooster Games

Using: Action Dubstep 2 by kloudization

Rooster Games which has over 200 thousand subscribers on YouTube has put together this trailer for their game, Battle Dogs, available on Google Play. It offers a quick run through some of the action of the game. It’s made all the more snappy by the use of Action Dubstep 2 the track by kloudization.

Iloura

Using: Timelapse Trip-Hop by khursey

This epic showreel from Video Effects company, Iloura, shows off their ability to create realistic environments and blend it with real footage. The sensational visuals paired with Timelapse Trip-Hop by khursey make a great video.

Immortal-Arts

Using: Epic Technological Trailer by new-genesis

Immortal-arts, which also specializes in creating real looking visuals that are actually CGI, have used Epic Technological Trailer by new-genesis in its showreel. The track helps create a sense of epic excitement.

Christina Aguilera

Using: Wind of Change by Wayman

Christina Aguilera wrote the song “Change” in response to the Orlando shooting that happened in 2016 at a gay nightclub. To roll the song out, the pop music artist created a lyric video that blended the song’s words with images of herself growing up. To achieve this she used Wayman’s Wind of Change template from VideoHive. It perfectly captures the intimate nature of this song.

Marc Pro

Using: Action Sport by florews

This Marc Pro Crossfit commercial aired nationally in the US during the 2017 Reebok Crossfit Games. It’s a slick video, showing a lot of incredibly fit people exercising. And, it uses Action Sport by florews.

Greenpeace

Using: Traveler by MValentino

This animated video from Greenpeace, made by Latte Creative, is gorgeous in its visuals but serious in its message. It focuses on explaining the case of 30 peaceful protestors who were imprisoned for hooliganism, asking for the world’s support to help free them. It’s very effective and uses Traveler by MValentino.

Uberchord

Using: Energetic Sports Stomps & Claps by melodrama

Uberchord is a crowdfunding product that aims to create an app to help people learn to play instruments using their mobile phone or tablet. The video conveys a lot of information, with no voice over and all through text. It uses Energetic Sports Stomps & Claps by melodrama.

Listerine

Using: Uptown Summer Funk by ABSounds

So… this ad is kinda weird. To advertise Listerine, the company employed a guy to dance in the street and try and get people to join in. 25 people agree to dance. 18 of them happen to use Listerine. And, uh… that’s that. It uses Uptown Summer Funk by ABSounds.

The Infamous Team

Using: In Future Bass by Seven_Pounds

This impressive video from Infamous Team has gotten over 128 thousand views on Facebook. It features people on dirt bikes doing stunts and uses In Future Bass by Seven_Pounds.

Outlaw Partners

Using: Dubstep Ident by Andy_Grey

This montage of Julian Carr skiing, by Outlaw Partners, uses the track Dubstep Ident by Andy_Grey. It’s well shot, well edited and quick.

MobiSlyder

Using: Arrow Slide by yeremia, Mobile Phone Corporate by BILDER

MobiSlyder is Glidetrack’s answer to smooth panning when filming something on a mobile phone. And, for the product video, they’ve used video graphics template Arrow Slide by yeremia, as well as the Mobile Phone Corporate template by BILDER.

It’s well paced, mixed with clear and well-shot footage of the product as well as 3D mockups of it. And, the template ties it all together really well. It’s great use of an Envato item.

Mario Sandoval

Using: Journey to the Inside of a Sponge, Microscopic Filamentous Algae, Bipartition cell. Reproduction 01, Embryonic Formation, Microscopic Filamentous Algae and Mosquito Larvae 3, Cell Division 3, Microscopic Seed 001 by Juanjosejimenez

This beautiful video, created by Bratvolk Studio for the Spanish chef, Mario Sandoval, explains the concept of macrobiotic food for an event that took place in Madrid. The video is stunning, almost exclusively because of the footage that makes it up. And, that footage happens to be mostly made up of items from Envato. 7 of Juanjosejimenez’s microscopy items feature in the video.

Historia (History Channel Spain)

Using: Microscopy: Mosquito Larvae 08 by Juanjosejimenez

Spain’s version of the History Channel has made a documentary on the rising temperature of the earth, with the use of an Envato item. Another of Juanjosejimenez’s items, stock microscopic footage of a mosquito, features in this promo.

3D Baby Shark Song

Using: The Shark Song by Stockwaves

With over 1 million views on YouTube, this animation by Baby Learning World, a channel which produces nursery rhyme songs and videos, has used Stockwaves’ track The Shark Song. Kids videos like this are very popular on YouTube. Quite often, they’ll use a track like this from a stock music site like our’s, and blend it with their own footage or animation.

Amanda Cerny

Using: Indie Pop by Sokolovsky

Amanda Cerny is a YouTube cosplay queen with over 1.9 million subscribers. Here she shows her audience how to do vintage Catwoman makeup. And for the background music, she’s using Indie Pop by Sokolovsky. The video’s been viewed nearly 1 million times.

NetWork Turkiye

Safari by Nuclearmetal

Finally, this beautiful video by Network Turkiye, offering a behind the scenes look at a photoshoot for its Spring/Summer campaign is a visual treat. Shot on safari in Africa, it’s tied together extremely well by Safari from Envato author, Nuclearmetal.

If you’ve never been to Loveland, Colorado, you’ll want to go after seeing johnarooo’s video. The upbeat and energetic music and templates he uses are perfect for the promo video about this bustling little city that has it all.

I know I’m not the only one who loves videos of athletes paired with a good dubstep song. Chuknano’s video profile of the CrossFit G2 box in Madrid is edited perfectly to match the athlete footage with both the smoothness and the intensity of papneo’s “Motivational Dubstep” track. I’m inspired to get back to the gym! …on Monday.

The stone buildings in this video by rosscreativeedge are beyond impressive. And while the structures are stunning, I also love seeing a snapshot of the workers who create them. “Stomp Clap Slap Kit,” is the perfect choice for music since it mirrors the sounds of the hammering, breaking, and sawing. It’s an overall great video.

The drama and intensity of supercar endurance racing is perfectly captured in this video by independent filmmaker and director Lemanoirprod. The cinematic hybrid soundtrack from AudioJungle perfectly compliments the passion, vigor, and full throttle power of the race footage.

E-commerce is a huge part of a sales strategy for any business and it’s therefore important to present services and products online in an appealing manner. The following website for Dørfkind, a small, unique pottery store in Bavaria/Germany, does exactly that, with high quality photography, elegant and effective typography, and great use of white space.  All this is made possible through Ark, a highly customizable WordPress theme which was purposely built and designed for customers.

Designing a business card is just half the battle these days. Clients also love to see their design as a product mockup to get a sense of how it will look and feel once printed. How do you go about making a video about Christmas without mentioning anything about Christmas? Easy – ask the creative folks at Western University to produce and edit a video! As sander76 explains:

“I was tasked to create a series of Christmas videos a while back for the university I work for that didn’t use “Christmas Music”… I know right?! So I combed through AudioJungle and found the perfect track… “Cleaning After a Murder” by spazione.”

Even the title of the chosen track, “Cleaning After a Murder”, is the last thing you’ll ever think about when someone asks you for a piece of Christmas music. Genius!

Typoster: The Best of Times by hellocorey

I think we all need a friend like Corey Silva. A friend asked Corey if he could make a ‘cool poster’ from the lyrics of “The Best of Times” by Sage Francis and boy did Corey deliver! Corey captured each lyric of the verbose song and applied a typographic style to create an eye-catching poster. Corey adds;

“The song is more spoken word than hip hop, so the lyrics are very long and verse length isn’t consistent; so creating a typographic style that won’t take months to produce was tricky.”

And what better way to present the poster than with Poster Mockup from GraphicRiver. Excellent work, Corey, well done!

El Timon de Cancun by ikosweb

A lot of restaurant websites can often look safe, predictable and similar, but this site for a restaurant in Cancun, Mexico captures a sense of friendly, family fun through excellent use of nautical parallax imagery.

Creator ikosweb writes, “We believe that tailor-made web design can save the industry as a lot of websites lack a soul. Most websites use the same parallax effects, the same scrolling effects and that’s ok… But if you don’t give people eye candy, your website will be lost in the sea of ‘www’ forever.”

Well done to ikosweb for not only thinking outside the norm where presentation is concerned, but for also creating the fabulous graphics throughout the site too, awesome job!

The rise in popularity of digital signage due to the falling cost of hardware and technology has resulted in an increase in animated motion graphics as opposed to static posters. In the above Halloween Digital Signage video, customers are drawn into advertising in a very engaging yet subtle way through creative motion animation and design. The addition of the animated bat to an otherwise high quality design not only sets the seasonal mood of Halloween, but helps to produce a memorable promotion that customers will enjoy and remember.

The process of product photography has been exponentially simplified both in time and cost due to the proliferation of product mockups on sites such as GraphicRiver and Envato Elements. Water Tricks by suponix

Video is the perfect medium to explore science and education and when it’s presented in a quick and fun way, it can be very engaging. This is exactly what suponix has done for the Top Liquid Tricks and Water Experiments video on the Dr. Wow YouTube channel.

Using the AudioJungle track Yakuza, multiple assets from VideoHive, and beautifully shot macro video, some “totally safe to try this at home” experiments really come to life. The intro ident was created using 2D Hi Tech Logo Opener (4K) and a short audio logo called Glitchy Short Logo 2.

This video is really good at proving that the right music and great visuals can greatly help users immerse themselves further and longer in both education and online messaging.

Valhalleim by Valhalleim

This is a deserving winner not only because of the creative use of Envato products, but because of the story that accompanies the nomination. Our creative customer Matthew, AKA “Valhalleim” shares his story about how valhalleim.com came to be:

“So two years ago, I picked up knifemaking as a hobby. Without much expectations, it quickly grew to a part-time business. After getting injured (surprise!) I had to take a few months off. In that time, I decided to build a website for my business.”  

That’s where Envato came in. Matthew chose a highly-stylized WordPress theme called Godlike to help create a truly cinematic experience on his personal site with unique transitions and an atmospheric, accompanying soundtrack. Matthew continues:

“I decided to build my website primarily with Godlike since it has that “Viking’ish” look and seeing as I’m a modern viking selling knives related to the old ways, it fit perfectly.“

I think we can all agree with Matthew, he chose the perfect theme for his site!

Caterina Bianchini is currently a freelance designer and art director based in East London. She has worked with clients such as Nike, Adidas, Boiler Room, Topshop, Ministry of Sound and Sotheby’s. Caterina has received acknowledgement and awards for her contribution to the design community, has had work displayed in exhibitions worldwide, and has her “Vinyl Effect” project archived in the Scottish Heritage Collections.

We asked her what she’d do with a month of Envato Elements. Here’s a look at her design process and work, in her own words: 

My projects vary month-to-month; I usually work a lot with identity design and flyer/poster work. I find this sort of design is the most expressive and allows for conceptual thinking.

The reason I set up my own design studio was to find a suitable outlet for my design style to be nourished and acknowledged. My ambition is to continue to create beautiful and intelligent design. Having a trial of Envato Elements was a great opportunity to see whether the service they offered was something that would be useful for someone with a quick turn around on most projects.

I make all my own graphics, as my clients usually have very specific briefs in mind on contacting me or work with me because of my particular style. However, I found the texture libraries Envato Elements offered were very useful, from half tone, to ink, to paint washes – there was an incredible amount of choice.

Adding texture to a project can really bring the project to life, it creates an atmosphere and genre for the project to be identified with, and when presenting to clients this is an extremely important dynamic to have in the design.

The second part of the subscription that I loved using was the mock up service, whilst building decks to present to clients for branding projects it is really important to show a brand in a real life situation to allow for the client to visualise it. It was really useful having the mock up downloads in packs, each pack included different angle options of the mock ups – for someone on a very tight schedule, this was an extremely important inclusion.
