This week we begin with something pop-y.
This music video for “Vroom Vroom” by Indonesian singer Chloe Xaviera has A LOT happening in it, and one of those things is agungugang’s VideoHive item, “Comic Bubble Text” 9popping up from 2.54 onwards). Not only is this a bit of a strange song, this video clip features Xaviera – who’s only 12 – in a strange set of circumstances including driving a car? Yet, with around 1 million views, across a couple of different channels on YouTube, it seems there’s a fanbase who are pretty entertained by this singer’s quirky style. Well done to agungugang for popping up in this very visible place.
Popular photographer Thomas Dolejsi has put this slick video together using makcinema’s VideoHive item, “The Opener”, guiding viewers through some of the best ways to put Lightroom presets into practice. While the YouTube upload of this isn’t overly popular yet, it’s great to see this Author’s great item rubbing shoulders with the work of this renown photographer.
mannymusic’s AudioJungle track, “Let’s Go!” is the driving force behind this video for Eredivisie trading cards, featuring some of the Netherlands’ top soccer players. The commercial has garnered over 889,000 views on YouTube alone, which is incredible exposure for this Author. And, assuming this is being played on television in that part of the world, it’s only a small part of the reach this item will have received.
HP, who apparently make camcorders for cars now, are using YellowTea’s AudioJungle track, “Pop It”, in their latest commercial. The ad featuring a number of inspiring situations where, it seems, life was made better by having a camcorder installed on your windshield, features some stunning cinematography and editing that really does put YellowTea’s item on show, which is awesome!
And finally, to the one I’m most excited about this week. Austin Evans, a YouTuber who specializes in gadget reviews, has used newittmusic’s AudioJungle item, “Pure”, to underscore one of his latest videos, “What’s in My Travel Tech Bag?”. Evans is insanely popular on YouTube, with over 1 million subscribers, and I personally have been watching his videos for years and finding a lot of use out of them. This video alone has netted over 200,000 views, and I think the fact we’ve unearthed one example of him using Envato items means there are probably more instances to be found by delving into his portfolio, and hopefully more in the future. This is a fantastic get so, congratulations newittmusic!
