What Hillary Clinton and Nike Used From Envato | Famous 5

Our weekly look at 5 Envato items used in famous places.

Welcome to the Famous 5! Our weekly look at 5 Envato items used in famous places.

Hillary Clinton

Item used: Built to Perfection (No longer available) by Adigold

Former Democratic presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, used an Envato item in an ad as part of her 2016 campaign.

The ad, titled “Always”, covers Clinton’s history fighting for the needs of children. It uses Adigold’s AudioJungle track, Built to Perfection.

All eyes were on the race for the White House in 2016, and many Envato authors benefited. Including RockfordMedia, whose item was featured in Marco Rubio’s much ridiculed “Morning Again” campaign ad.

Lexus

Item used: Power Sport by cinematic_alex

Lexus Russia has used cinematic_alex‘s AudioJungle item, Power Sport to advertise the Lexus NX. The vehicle recently won the “Breakthrough of the Year” prize, awarded by one of Russia’s automotive media organizations.

This commercial is bursting with energy, largely due to cinematic_alex’s fantastic track.

Kickboxer: Vengeance

Item used: Uplifting Rap by darkchocolatemusic

In 2016, the Kickboxer series was rebooted with Kickboxer: Vengence, starring Jean-Claude Van Damme, star of the original series.

The film tells the story of Kurt Sloane, a martial artist who wants to avenge the death of his brother – winner of the Karate World Championship – after he died in the ring.

Eagerly anticipated, the film’s trailer received over 4 million views. And, on a budget of $17 million (US), the film made 300 million (US) at the box office.

Meet the Blacks

Item used: The Producer: Responsive Film Studio WP Theme by theMOLITOR

Meet The Blacks is a 2016 black comedy film about an African-American family who moves into Beverly Hills on the night of a “purge”.

It features performances by Mike Epps, George Lopez, and Mike Tyson. And, its website uses theMOLITOR’s ThemeForest item, The Producer: Responsive Film Studio WP Theme.

While the film’s trailer was popular, with nearly 7 million views on YouTube, it did not perform well either critically, or commercially. It made only $9.1 million (US) on a budget of $900 thousand (US).
